Apple Music Doesn’t Seem To Get It
I was very much hoping that Apple would change the streaming game for artists but paying a higher royalty rate. Turns out they don’t seem to care. In fact, during the three month free trial of Apple Music, they are going to pay artists and songwriters absolutely nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zero. Please make a stink about this. Even Rdio’s free service pays out streaming royalties/fees to artists (though it’s barely enough to see with a microscope).
