KAT LOVES PLAYING SMALL INTIMATE ALTERNATIVE SPACES!

The experiences will be as intimate and unique as can be. Expect stories, audience chats and an interaction you would not find in a bar. Perhaps you have a space that you think could be an excellent venue for a KASHKA (Kat Burns) solo or duo show?

Hosts, we're going to make this very easy! All you have to do is let us borrow your living room/gallery/garage/backyard for 2.5 hours and tick off the names at the door as people arrive. In return, we'll give you five free tickets for your friends, and an album of your choice as a thank you.

Here’s how it works

1. You have a house, loft space, art gallery, or other space that can comfortably and safely host 20-50 people. Please be realistic about capacity, it's better to under estimate slightly than overestimate, as we'll need to know how many tickets we can sell in advance. We’ve found that 20-40 people is what the average living room can hold, and larger spaces can usually hold up to 60. It would be great if there was public transportation, bike or car parking close by. To avoid problems, you probably shouldn’t do this if you live in a small apartment with a bunch of uptight neighbours/room mates. If you'd like to propose an outdoor space, please make sure there is adequate power supply, your neighbours are okay with it and --importantly-- a plan B in case of rainy weather. 

2. Ticket price will be $20-$35. Everyone must buy tickets in advance. No tickets will be sold at the door unless agreed in advance with host. There will be no reselling or third-party tickets sales. All tickets sales are direct to fans, limit 4 tickets per person. We want everyone to have the same chance of getting tickets!

3. The host will be provided a detailed list of everyone coming to the show. You will not have to deal with any money and will only need to tick people off the list as they arrive. Kat will arrive at 16:45 / 4:45pm to set up, and we ask guests to arrive between 18:15-18:45 and the shows usually start at 19:00 / 7pm and we ask everyone to be out of your space and cleaned up by 22:00 / 10pm, and the shows can start earlier if we arrange it :)

If we have arranged a day time event, we will be clear about a similar window of time. 

4. The host gets 5 additional free tickets for the show. If you have other friends beyond your 5 free who want to come to the show you should direct them buy tickets on-line.

5. Your home address will not be published on the web and will only be given to people who purchase tickets.

6. The shows will promoted on our website, social media, newsletter, and word-of-mouth.

7. We’ll need your help to spread the word on your social media. We’ll create an event for each show so you can easily invite your friends (Thank you!). Remember, please don’t post the address. The address only goes to people after they buy tickets.

8.  All you need is a chair for Kat to sit on and some kind of ambient lighting such as fairy lights, a lamp or a dimmed light. A small PA will be supplied that will serve all the needs of the evening, please make sure your room has power within easy access.

9. There are generally no opening acts for living room shows.
