Today is a beautiful day for listening to Nils Frahm’s celebration of Piano Day, which is today, March 29th. I love this piece, “Wall”- it’s an inspiring and surprisingly emotional afternoon soundtrack. Go take a listen, download and read his motives for creating Piano Day on his website www.pianoday.org. 

I feel thrilled that there is now a day when we can recognise this powerful instrument that serves as many many people’s first introduction to playing and writing music.
